It’s been the little things that make me the most crazy lately,

Making me hate the space between me and the Grace that Shapes me!

Cause if I vaguely stray from Passageways where He Relays me,

Then I can play the knave to my behavior that enslaves me!

Captured, I snap at window dressing, deaf to my assessment,

Of their infraction as distractions test my Depth of Blessing!

Hefting the Debt through Blood and Sweat was like a Reinvestment,

Unless my vexing castigation caused a Reassessment!

Temper’s been tempered in the fires of my pain and training,

That makes my enmity a failure beyond Indignation!

Blaming my shame on my Connection to His Alterations,

But still, I’m facing a catastrophe of my own making!

Give me Serenity to take the things that won’t be changing,

And Please Give Courage to Advance Your Power of Transformation!

Grant me the Wisdom and Discernment through Your Confirmation,

To Quench the fire of my ire, Quelling conflagration!
