Standing Up

Standing up in the midst of those who bow’s never easy,

You mention confrontation some people’s stomachs get queasy!

Being a Christian there’s gon be times of testing, believe me!

And what we do in those times you better believe that He sees!

The way the world is headed times of hard trials are coming!

The enemy’s cunning and best to believe he’s not bluffing!

When it’s your turn will you stand firm or just end up succumbing?

The numbers of those who stagger and fall might just be stunning!

We’ve got to do something cause strength in the face of the masses,

That all are giving in to pressure will need to be massive!

Because of meekness Christians think that we need to be passive,

But Faith is active so be ready to live it with passion!

The time is coming when we all have to make a decision,

Live our conviction or give in to the Son of Perdition!

Your disposition will be tested it’s more than religion,

You have the permission to stand up and prove you’re a Christian!
